52 years that this restaurant, full of charm and character, run by the same family, continues to delight its guests. It is located in a superb, authentic setting, highlighted with contemporary notes.

Beneath the stone vaults of the ancient ramparts, illuminated by the vast fireplace where the chef grills and blazes in front of you, meats, fish and pieces of game that will enchant your taste buds. Land and sea starters are in the spotlight and we also offer vegetarian dishes. The many homemade desserts are also a highlight and beautifully presented. The wine list gives pride of place to the Languedoc wines, the Côtes de Millau and is full of good "finds".
